The sterilization equipment is a full stainless steel horizontal device, which contains a heater composed of stainless steel tubes, the outer shell is made of stainless steel in a cylindrical shape, and a steam room is formed between the heating tube and the outer shell. The waste water discharged from the steam chamber trap can be used to preheat the material and achieve the effect of energy saving. A pressure gauge and safety valve are mounted on the pipe connected to the steam room to measure the pressure in the steam room and to ensure stability in the production operation. Thermometers are installed on the discharge pipe for the convenience of mastering the temperature of materials. The sterilizing unit is equipped with pasteurization, high-temperature instantaneous sterilization and ultra-high-temperature UHT sterilization. If equipped with aseptic filling (or aseptic sampling valve), the sterilizing state can be achieved.
